Welcome to the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 66 website. For over 100 years our Local has provided contractors with competent and qualified Operating Engineers and Operating Engineer Apprentices. Local No. 66 represents over 7000 members in our jurisdictional area, consisting of thirty-three counties in Western Pennsylvania and three counties in Ohio. These 7000 brothers and sisters work in the field for contractors, private businesses and municipalities.

In keeping with technological advances, it is our goal that this website will provide up-to-date information on our programs and services to both our members and the general public.

Operating Engineers Local 66 will be holding their First Annual Health & Wellness Fair. Participants in Plan One or Plan Two, in exchange for you and your spouse (if you are married) obtaining an annual physical exam or biometric screening at a Health Fair, the Welfare Fund will provide you an incentive by reducing your annual deductible. For more information please refer to Members Only Section on Website, read your newsletter or read your letter from the Welfare Fund.
