September 3, 2007
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It is a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country.
Won't you join us in our Annual Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 3, 2007? Help us to show the public the strength and enthusiasm of trade and labor organizations in our community. Everyone marching in the parade will receive an IUOE Local #66 tee shirt and hat. Following the parade there will be refreshments for the participants and their families.
Anyone wishing to participate in the parade shall meet in the upper parking lot of Mellon Arena. For further information contact your dispatcher.
