Independent Agreement Employers who do not submit contributions to the Industry Advancement Program are required to submit an additional seven and one-half ($.075) cents per man hour paid for to the Operating Engineers Local 66 Joint Apprentice Fund.
The Defense/Social/Building Trades Fund ($.30), the Apprenticeship/PAC Fund ($.06) and the Building Fund ($.10) and the Scholarship Fund ($.03) shall be combined for a contribution rate of forty-nine cents ($.49) per hour paid for to the Miscellaneous Employee Deduction Account.
*On all Prevailing Rate jobs bid after January 1, 2003, an additional six cents ($.06) will be added to the Welfare Fund contribution as specified on the Prevailing Rate determination.
*The Scholarship Fund will be effective 6-1-2008.
