**The Defense/Social/Building Trades Fund, the Apprenticeship/PAC, the Building and Scholarship Funds shall be combined for a contribution rate of sixty-two cents ($0.62) for 2012, sixty-seven cents ($0.67) for 2013, and sixty-nine cents ($0.69) for 2014, 2015 & 2016 per hour paid to the Miscellaneous Employee Deduction Account.

**Independent Agreement Employers who do not submit contributions to the Industry Advancement Program are required to submit an additional seven and one-half cents ($.075) per man hour paid for to the Operating Engineers Local 66 Joint Apprentice Fund.

**On all Prevailing Rate jobs bid after January 1, 2003, an additional six cents ($0.06) will be added to the Welfare Fund contribution as specified on the Prevailing Rate determination.
