*Independent Agreement Employers who do not submit contributions to the Industry Advancement Program are required to submit an additional three and one-half ($.035) cents per man hour paid for to the Operating Engineers Local 66 Joint Apprentice Fund.
**The Defense/Social/Building Trades Fund ($.30), the Apprenticeship/PAC Fund ($.06), the Building Fund ($.10) and the Scholarship Fund ($.03) shall be combined for a contribution rate of forty-nine cents ($.49) per hour paid for to the Miscellaneous Employee Deduction Account.
